Other option better. Front desk doesn't smile. Room was tight.

Elevators were broken so we had to haul luggage really far and walk really far to and from our room. Location is good for visiting the Space Needle and Pop museum. Not exactly ideal for stay if you are leaving on a cruise.

It was a great stay. Everything was clean and the staff was helpful.

Be aware. This place is expensive. Parking is $37 a night. There is no free breakfast. It is $22 per person for the same breakfast you get free everywhere else. We paid 638 bucks for a tiny cramped room. Mind you it was FIFa in town but this was gouging. Very few food choices nearby. I would not recommend this place.

Hotel was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood just north of the space needle complex. Easily walkable to a few restaurants.

Check in process was easy & smooth. Front desk staff was friendly & helpful. Our room faced an empty parking lot & around 2 or 3 am heard some commotion going distracting from our sleep but it stopped after. On the last day around 3:30 had to ask the front desk for the maid to clean our room. I felt it should have been done sooner. The gentleman host at the breakfast buffet was attentive & very helpful. The bartender in the evening was great & enjoyed the hospitality

The property was very nice and comfortable! The staff falsely called police on my guest, charged my credit card $500 for vandalism yet said they’d send me the footage but it never got sent! Hmmm wonder why!?

You can hear everything! Thin walls, floors. Just noise from all directions. Friendly staff, clean,Modern design and the location was excellent.
