It’s in need of some serious updates. There was mold in the bathroom-specifically the shower, and the shower pan creeks loudly. The AC sounds like it’s going to die at any second. But mostly, it’s so noisy there. You can hear EVERYTHING. People upstairs, people down the hall, people on the sidewalk/street. Location is great-centrally located to all the attractions. But not worth the price we paid for what we got. Barely slept when we were there. So disappointing.

Breakfast, shuttle to port I have stayed at several Hampton hotel this one was old and shabby. Front desk AM shift rude, and pretended to not understand English

check in was smooth, breakfast was standard, staff was helpful. The parking lot is difficult to maneuver, especially if you have a larger vehicle (truck or van) as well as expensive. I recommend finding parking in a nearby lot. This was a business trip, and we walked to the Seattle Center which is just a few blocks away.

Property is in a great location easy to walk to lots of points of interest. Staff went out of their way to be helpful, even though the hotel is very busy. The breakfast was a great bonus to a busy day exploring. I would stay again and recommend this hotel.
