Air conditioner didn't work in the first room. Got switched. Both didn't have chairs to sit on nor refrigerators
-
This was probably the worst motel I have ever stayed in. I asked Expedia for a refund.
-
There was no breakfast We did not have a working TV. We suspect they did not pay the cable bill.

Honestly I came into this knowing that this was a no frills experience. Your basic needs met; a bed, bathroom and there was a fridge and TV. Nothing extra and didn’t expect it either. Staff was very friendly and did their best with the situation they are given as well. I have no complaints what so ever.

Location was adequate Just about everything. No cups or drinking vessels in the room. Room was non-smoking but the whole floor and the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. No hair dryer in the room. Request for hair dryer was begrudgingly honored. Cockroaches in the room. This property should not be on Booking.com's website as a viable option. It is substandard at best.

Bad

Upon arrival the foyer smelled heavily of smoke/skunk/marijuana. There was a floor dryer in the lobby with towels on the floor. Phones had no receivers. The ceiling and wall was crumbling in some areas. The hallways smelled heavily of ramen or lipton chicken noodle soup and were missing half the carpet showing the cement underneath. The room lacked any updates, the toilet was running aggressively with water bubbling in the bowl with the toilet seat up and a large yellow/brown stain on the floor. The window was streaked with thick brownish yellow mud? and the place just felt unclean. The place sadly needs help.

Absolutely horrible: Blood stains all over the mattress, room was absolutely disgusting. We immediately went to the front desk and told them. We left the property immediately Never walked into a dirtier hotel in my life
-
It was not bad for the price Needs updated rooms and amenities
-
Unhygienic, uncleaned carpets, poorly cleaned rooms, dirty mattress, carpets missing in some walkway, weed smell as you enter the lobby, etc. Will never stay here again.

The place was not good at all The staff the beds never again

I had to wait at least 10 minutes to get checked in and when I went to check out I waited so long for someone to come to the desk that I went back to the room. I had a hard time finding my room and the heat was so loud I could not sleep.

Booked through hotels.com rooms show non smoking but when I checked in I was told the hotel required a $50 hold for non smoking rooms and $0 hold for smoking rooms. You would think for the smoking rooms they hold the $50 for damage and cleaning fees but no. I was kicked off the property. I walk 2hrs to work due to no public transportation in the area I work in so I leave early to get to work on time faithfully. When I came back, I was told to pay$20 for a late fee and return the room key so I couldn’t get my belongings until the late fee was paid. My parents tried their best to send me the $20 but couldn’t find a way to get it to me in time so I was asked to leave the premises. I explained to the owner what happened and he accused me of wanting the room for $20. I told him I wanted to extend my stay but everything I said was twisted around. I was being talked to like a kid and was disrespected. Once I defended my self by speaking up that’s when I was told to leave and never come back. My parents were on the phone listening to everything but what can they do.

Honestly their rooms have roaches in them. It is nice to park and they do have ok lobby entrance overall keep the lights on at night because you don’t know what will crawl
-
The rug in the room was bare in places, I’m glad I had slippers to wear so I wouldn’t walk on it with bare feet
